Bio:

Based in the N.I. Triangle and previously known as Subcontrol, Decontrol played industrial hard core punk. Most gigs were as support to punk bands out of Belfast and elsewhere in the North. Decontrol never signed to a label although some demos do exist. The lineup in 1980 included twin drummers (as did The Outcasts at that time). Jonathan Davies was later in Self Destruct. Pete Kerr later joined Perfect Crime in 1981. The Tapster brothers were both junior Irish Boxing Champions in their respective weights.
