The Arthur Phybes Band were a mid-70s Dublin pubrock band who played the Dublin pubs and clubs (the Baggot Inn, etc) circa 1974-77. They covered "Stairway To Heaven" in their live set. Gary Eglington and Brian Curren were also in the Noise Boys. Ex Noise Boys singer Peter Hunter replaced Scamaill at one point.

Bassist Gary Eglington was later in The Defenders, Zen Alligators, Barry McCabe's Albatross and recorded with The Fontaines.
Brian Curran was later in The Shy and The Resistors.
Scamaill played with Open Asylum on at least one occasion.
