EMF (Electro Motive Force)

From: Newtownabbey

Active: 1980-

Style:

Lineup:

Bio:

Excellent punk single. EMF began in the late 70s as Spare Units becoming White Noise circa 1980. White Noise recorded two demos "BBC/UTV" and "College Boy" which received some radioplay including Dave Fanning's show. They then changed their name to EMF. The band members were all involved in the Newtownabbey Musicians Collective. Their single is recommended.

Nothing to do with the "Unbelieveable" one hit wonders of 1990.
