Airforce

From: Waterford

Active: mid-80s

Style: New Wave / New Romantic

Lineup:

Bio:

Waterford new wave/new romantic band, contemporaries/rivals of Neuro. The single was described in contemporary press as 'upbeat'. The A-side is mediocre sub-Stranglers new wave pop and very dated sounding. Compared to The Atrix, they had a very long way to go. The B-side is reputedly somewhat better but I haven't heard it.

Some members later involved in The Pool (circa 1984).
Singer Ger Halloran later in Four In The World.
