The New Irish Recording Company was established in Dublin in August 1971.
It is unusual in so far as it is the only Irish classical music label active at the time.
The label issued a number of recordss during the 1970s by Irish composers and
musicians such as Seóirse Bodley, Gerard Victory and Brian Boydell.
Many of these are now rare and hard to find.
Directors: Darby Carroll, Rodney Senior & Seamus O'Neill.
