Bio:

Dublin-based late 70s folkie singer songwriter who recorded an album at Keystone Studios in late Spring 1978. It was released on Release Records and has become quite hard to find. The label credits it to just Toby McGrath. A single on Ritz followed five years later but I can find no record of Toby's activities in between.
