The Flaa-macs -- or Flaamacks as it's sometimes written -- hailed from Cork were reputedly intense and very good live. They supported Micro-Disney on several occasions during the first half of 1981, including The Magnet in Dublin in January 1981 and The Joinery Arms in Southampton in July.

A flaamack is Cork slang for condom.
