Dirty Tricks

From: Clondalkin, Dublin

Active: late 1980s

Style: Bluesrock

Lineup:

Bio:

Bluesrock/R&B a la Dr Feelgood. From the Clondalkin area of Dublin, formed by two pairs of brothers. They reached the final of Battle of the Bands in 1988 but The Premonition won the first prize of a single on CBS, so the band self-released their debut single. Greg Tuite replaced Dave O'Reilly shortly before it came out and his name appears on the cover, but it's Dave playing bass on the recording.

Played the 1st Irish Ska Festival on 9 December 1989 at the Top Hat, Dun Laoghaire where unsurprisingly they didn't go down too well.
