Bio:

Pop/Rock songwriting duo Fran Dempsey & Pierce Butler who recorded as Duffie in the mid 1970s. By the late 70s they were known as the Butler Dempsey Band and had descended into cabaret hell, specialising in tribute shows: Elvis Presley, The Beatles Story, "The Years of Diamond and Sedaka", etc.

There is a Duffie track on the "Stars On Solo Vol.1" album released on Solo Records in 1973 which may be a unique track but is more like to be one of the single sides.
